« Loved the property it was perfect for our family getaway. Close to the lake, tons of fun activities at the house to enjoy. The jacuzzi was a nice additions. Communication with the host was excellent. The house was clean and fully stocked. We will definitely book again! »

« This property was exactly as advertised on the VRBO website! Central for us to see fall foliage and play some golf on those gorgeous mountains courses in Heber Valley. The loft was clean, very comfortable for the two of us and so so quiet. We had a great experience and if possible, we’ll return in the future! »

« We had a great stay at the R&D Ranch. The property sits in a beautiful area and the leaves were changing colors. The host was prompt in responding to questions. Great location in the hills. »

« This is a great space for 10 people especially for teenagers. The downstairs space is ideal for giving kids there space. Everything was as described and we really enjoyed our time here. I would recommend 4 wheel drive if you are coming during the snow season as the house is located at the bottom of a hill. They do plow the streets daily, but we had a couple of days that were uncertain as to how we would get out. »
