« Bien pour deux jours. Chambre sur rue donc forcĂ©ment un peu bruyante car l’hĂŽtel est situĂ© Ă  un carrefour. Bonne literie propre. Salle de bains Ă  revoir en revanche. Accueil plutĂŽt impersonnel. Bon petit dĂ©jeuner. Attention, l’hĂŽtel a trois Ă©tages et pour les valises lourdes pas d’ascenseur. HĂŽtel bien situĂ© pour aller visiter le Konigsee qui est magnifique. »

« I chose the hotel partly as it has it's own restaurant which was important for me after an 11 hour drive. On arrival to my surprise I was informed that the restaurant was closed (no obvious mention of this on hotels. com). No offer of a cold platter was made and I was told that there was a pizzeria in the next village! The room was OK but very old fashioned and had seen better days. Breakfast was excellent with great choice of sweet and savoury products. On departure I wanted to hand in my key...

"Schöne Lage, herrliches Zimmer mit Sicht auf die Berge. Essen ok. Leider konnte ich kein Wienerschnitzel bestellen da der Koch keine Schnitzel serviert. Ins zweit Restaurant durften wir nicht essen gehen da wir Halbpensioun gebucht hatten.Wenig FlexibilitĂ€t innerhalb der Restauration. Das Wellnes ist angenehm genauso wie das Fitness. Leider fand meine vorab gebuchte Gesichtsbehandlung nicht statt da ich 20 Minuten nach vereinbarter Zeit nicht weiter warten wollte.Die Kosmetikerin war bis dahin noch immer nicht erschienen und man konnte mir nicht sagen wann sie endlich erscheinen wĂŒrde. Eine Entschuldigung oder ErklĂ€rung bekam ich leider nicht, weder von der Sparezeption noch von der Rezeption vom Hotel."
