This comfortable house is located in the shady and tree filled, cool Meadow Wood Farms neighborhood, conveniently located near the 40 HWY entrance of WEC. It has 1 master bedroom with Tepur-Pedic mattress, en-suite with a soaking tub, separate large shower stall and his/hers walk-in closets. Additional 2 bedrooms can be set up as 2 Tepur-Pedic mattress queens or 1 queen and 2 twins giving you the option for 3 or 4 beds. The master bedroom is privately located away from the other two bedrooms. All bedrooms and living room have WI-FI enabled tv's and views of the pool, paddocks, or gardens.

Well stocked kitchen with dining for 6 people, includes all stainless steel appliances and comes with toaster, blender, coffee maker, toaster oven and quality dinner ware and utensils.

The roomy living room has a comfy sectional that can accommodate all the guest while watching the large tv, a separate sitting area and beautiful views of the pool, patio, and jump field. The patio has large pool, BBQ grill, lounging chaises and eating area.

The grounds include 3 RV pads. One 50amp plug near the house comes with a concrete pad while the other two 50/30amp plugs are near the barn. The 13 stall barn has 12x12 stalls plus 3 rustic field stalls and a grass jump field. The barn has abundant lighting, 2 wash racks, grooming area and a lockable tack room. The paddocks have auto water systems and plenty of shade for your horses. Pines and oaks situated throughout the property provide strategic shade and keep the property cooler during the summer.
