I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your rental property from Saturday, June 8, 2024. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what was advertised on your website.
While the property was clean, it was not suitable for our family of eight. The kitchen was only large enough for one person, there was no in-unit laundry, and the communal coin-operated machines were inoperable for five of the seven days we stayed. Additionally, the space was too limited for our entire family to comfortably gather.
Our stay was further marred by several issues with the air conditioning. On our first night, the AC in the first-floor bedroom did not turn on. The following night, the temperature in the upstairs bedroom dropped to 58 degrees. On Tuesday, the upstairs bedroom AC started leaking water, soaking my clothes and requiring my husband to miss a day at the beach while waiting for repairs (I have a video to prove). Despite these efforts, the AC continued to malfunction, failing to maintain the set temperature. On Thursday morning, we awoke to water dripping from the AC unit again, and the upstairs bedrooms were at 55 degrees. We could not even control our own AC, per the AC man said “the owner controls it”.
Adding to our distress, there were high schoolers partying loudly at all hours of the night, throwing chairs, beer cans, and other items around. This made it difficult for us to rest and enjoy our vacation.
I want my money back.
