We have rented this unit at Jetty's Break in the past and were once again delighted with the space and condition of the unit as well as with the amenities and location. However, we were confused and disappointed (after receiving prior affirmation as to the availability of the rooftop pool) that it was locked and unavailable to use. Thinking it was a mistake (in light of my previous conversation with a representative to assure the pool WOULD be open), we made repeated efforts while there to reach Verbo AND Vacasa representatives to resolve this issue. After hours of texting and calling (at one point being assured that a representative was physically on his/her way to us at the unit) with a key and or information, along with lengthy delays in between, we were texted late the second day of our rental that the pool was closed.I would expect better communication and means of problem resolution where circumstances such as this exist, especially since we appear to be paying two separate administrative fees (both to Vacasa and to Verbo) in conjunction with this unit rental.
