The open-plan living area is centered around a stylish modern kitchen with a large stone island, dishwasher and plenty of space for family meals.

Open up the sliding doors to the deck and step outside and the fun really begins! The expansive backyard is the star of the show, giving kids plenty of room to run, play and explore.



The large wraparound deck is perfect for family BBQs, morning coffees and evening drinks, while the 8-seater spa is ideal for winding down after a busy day.

There are three bedrooms in the main house, plus a separate bungalow with its own bedroom and bathroom, perfect for grandparents, teenagers or extra guests.



Guest access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the house, bungalow, deck, spa and fully fenced yard and kids' play area.

Located in Old Ocean Grove, you're perfectly placed for a relaxed family getaway.

Blue Waters Lake and walking tracks are just a short stroll away, while the beach, The Terrace, cafés, restaurants and local shops are all within easy reach.

Spend the day at the beach, grab an ice cream, then come home and let the kids enjoy the backyard while you relax.
