Walk to the beach, top restaurants, coffee shops, and the convention center — all within a half-mile.

The Flamingo Fun Room is one side of a brand-new 2026 duplex in the heart of downtown Ocean Shores, thoughtfully designed for unforgettable group getaways. Sleeps 11 across 4 bedrooms.

THE BEST LOCATION IN OCEAN SHORES
You're right in the center of downtown, with almost everything within a half-mile walk — the beach, nearly every restaurant, bar and coffee shop, ice cream, shopping, bike and moped rentals, the local theatre, the boardwalk, and the Ocean Shores Convention Center. Leave the car parked and walk to dinner, drinks and the sand. In summer, beach horseback rides are in that same half mile, and you can drive the sand for miles. If you're in town for a convention or event, you're right next door.

Our downstairs game room is a bright, colorful arcade that doubles as a bedroom for the kids:

Soaring vaulted ceilings, a wall of windows, a designer sectional, a 75" TV in the living room, a cozy fireplace, a full kitchen with island seating, and a covered deck give you bright, beautiful common spaces to gather, cook, and relax between games. Coastal art and thoughtful touches throughout make it feel like a true Pacific Northwest retreat.

15 BEDS ACROSS THE DUPLEX — FLEXIBLE FOR YOUR GROUP
The Flamingo Fun Room has 9 beds — so nobody has to share unless they want to. Traveling as couples? Bedroom 2 converts from two Twin XLs to a King (seam joiner, king sheets, and comforter) and has its own 43" TV, while the downstairs Bedroom 3 features a 50" TV. Set up each room the way your group wants it.

TWO KITCHENS ON THIS SIDE
The upstairs kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils — bring your clothes and your groceries and everything else is here. Downstairs, a kitchenette with dishes and glassware sits right off the arcade, so snack runs never interrupt the tournament.

BOOK THIS SIDE, OR THE WHOLE DUPLEX
This is a complete home on its own — its own full kitchen, vaulted great room, laundry, covered deck and grill, plus the arcade. Need more room? An adjoining door upstairs connects to Side B, the Octopus Room (Speak Easy), turning both into one home that sleeps 20 with 8 bedrooms, 6 baths and 4 kitchens. Ask us about booking the full duplex.

COMING SOON — HOT TUB + PICKLEBALL
A private 6-person hot tub will be available for stays beginning September 2026. And coming Fall 2026, The Flamingo Fun Room adds a private outdoor pickleball court — a rare amenity you won't find at other rentals in town.

WALK TO OCEAN SHORES' BIGGEST EVENTS
You're right by the Ocean Shores Convention Center — within a half-mile walk of the town's biggest happenings, including the famous Hog Wild motorcycle rally and festivals held there throughout the year. Skip the parking headaches and walk to the fun.
