Pet Friendly Studio for 4! Pool and Hot Tub!

Summary:

The Polynesian Resort Condominiums is a shared complex of 69 condos. Prior to 2026, the location operated as the Polynesian Resort Hotel, but it transitioned to being individually rented vacation condos as of April 1st, 2026. Even though all condos are in the Polynesian Rentals program, they are each a unique property with a different owner and listing.



The Space:

We've named this ground-floor studio "Whaler Swift" because it's sure to be a hit. The pet-friendly studio sleeps up to four guests with two queen beds. There’s one full bathroom with a shower, included toiletries, and a hair dryer. This unit does not include a full kitchen, but it is equipped with a coffee pot and included coffee to get you going in the mornings, as well as a mini fridge where you can store drinks, snacks, and leftovers. The beds sit just across from the TV, providing a comfortable place to watch your favorite shows and movies. Plus, being on the ground floor makes coming and going super easy.



The unit is pet-friendly, so bringing them along doesn’t require extra planning—no one gets left behind in their sad song phase. A standard pet fee applies, with a maximum of two pets allowed.



As a guest of Polynesian Rentals, you'll have access to the communal pool room with a heated pool and hot tub, plus the Game Room on the 2nd floor with a rentable pool table and real arcade games. Outside, there’s a recreation area with a swing set, horseshoe pits, a tetherball pole, and a picnic area with BBQs—plenty of ways to fill the day without overthinking it.



The Polynesian Resort is also within easy walking and driving distance of Ocean Shores favorites like Our Place for breakfast—and, of course, the beach, where every visit feels like it deserves its own soundtrack.

Interaction with Guests:

We leave you free to enjoy your stay! It is self check-in and checkout. However, the front desk is staffed by our team from 10 AM to 7 PM daily and we employe some on-site maintenance and housekeeping during the day – please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. For urgent concerns after 7 PM, we employ an after hours phone service. They are trained to help with common questions and can contact staff if in-person assistance is needed. We do our best to make sure you have the freedom to enjoy the space on your own, but we have support available if you need it.
