Sheets and bath towels are provided, so there’s less to pack.

The main level features beautiful hardwood floors and a bright, open floor plan with soaring vaulted ceilings. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a double sink and everything you’ll need to prepare meals after a day at the beach. The dining table seats up to eight, with additional seating for four at the kitchen bar—plenty of room for family meals, game nights and morning coffee.

Also on the first floor is a spacious bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom featuring a double-sink vanity and walk-in shower, making it an ideal retreat for guests seeking first-floor accommodations. An additional half bathroom provides extra convenience.

The displayed rental price includes our required property fees. Optional Bear Trap Dunes amenity passes are purchased separately through the community and provide access to the seasonal outdoor pool, indoor pool, indoor hot tub, sauna, seasonal beach shuttle, tennis and basketball courts, and fitness center.
