Located just a 10 minute drive from Bethany Beach, Bethany Bay offers the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. Away from the crowds but close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and attractions, it's an ideal home base for creating lasting vacation memories.

Things to Know Before You Book

To help ensure our home is the right fit for your group, please review the following:

Third-floor walk-up: The home is located on the third floor, and the building does not have an elevator. Guests should be comfortable climbing stairs with luggage and groceries.

Two-level home: Once inside, the home spans two floors, with bedrooms and bathrooms located on both levels.

Linens: For the 2026 season, guests should bring their own bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, kitchen towels, paper products, toiletries, and other personal items. Comforters, pillows, blankets, and mattress pads are provided.

Linen rentals: We are happy to recommend local companies that deliver and pick up professionally laundered linens, towels, beach equipment, and baby gear for an additional fee.

Pets: Pets are not permitted.

No smoking or vaping: Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home and on the balconies.

Quiet community: Bethany Bay is a family-friendly residential community. Guests are expected to follow HOA rules and observe quiet hours.

Parking: Plenty of parking is available for guests in the spaces facing the bay.

Minimum renter age: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and remain with the group for the duration of the stay.
