I had some family that canceled last minute so I ended up paying for the stay of 5 and there was only 3 of us. Location is great great ocean view also view of roof. Deck chairs and table needs to be updated some of the chairs a little rickedy. Beds down stairs very hard. Place really needs to be updated. For the price .

Mom’s Week

Our only plan was to relax and that we did! The condo fit our needs perfectly and is literally about 100 steps from the beach and has two pools available. It’s also a short walk over to the harbor with great restaurants. The upper patio offers ocean view and the waves at night are so relaxing.

Good location

This unit is in a great location. Like most of these units, some updates have been made, especially notable is the upstairs bathroom. It could use a few more updates. However it was clean, well stocked, etc. We were very disappointed for a last minute notification that the water would be turned off in the unit for the morning on one day of our stay. I think we should have been told prior, so that we could modify our plans. I would stay here again.

Relaxing beachside get away

This rental had everything we could imagine. The kitchen was well stocked, there were beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards for the kids, as well as amazing views from the top balcony! We could not have asked for anything better. A quick walk across the street and you were at the beach! We can’t wait to come back!

Awesome Holiday at this Unit!

We had the pleasure of renting this unit out for the holidays. We loved it so much that we are hopeful to book it again next year our daughters six and eight had plenty of room to play and activities to engage in. it was surprisingly super quiet. We rarely heard anybody else but know that it was fully packed so that was awesome. The people who managed this property were easily accessible via email and responded rapidly to any questions we had. We will definitely be back and will look for this unit again.

Wonderful location and property

Property is beautiful and well maintained. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Condo has split level which helped with spaced between 2 families. Communication with property management was FANASTIC!! Location is well suited between the harbor and the pier with close highway access for travel. Walmart is also close to buy groceries and seasoning to cook, but kitchen was well stocked with pots/plates. Highly recommend and would look forward to returning here.

Great condo, right on the beach! My family and I enjoyed our stay, plenty of space for my family of 5. Easy check in/out process, gorgeous complex, responsive communication with hosts, centrally located to all kinds of food and activities.. I would absolutely rebook with them again!

Beautiful property but needs updates

The view from this property’s balcony is out of this world! However, the screen door upstairs sticks terribly and was difficult to see through due to dirt and grime. There was an exposed outlet beneath the master bedroom tv as well as very loose drawers in the downstairs bedroom dressers. The kitchen is in desperate need of updating. We would consider staying here again solely for the pier and ocean view, but North Coast Village has many other condos with immaculate updates and equally as beautiful views.

Perfect location

The location was really good, right next to the ocean. The resort facilities overall were OK, some elements a bit tired e.g. 2nd pool area and Gym, but the grounds were immaculate. The unit itself was well laid out, but the furniture and fixtures and fittings, e.g. Kitchen & 2nd bathroom were very tired. The beds were extremely comfortable, however the seating both inside and out were not comfortable. Only having one steamer chair on the magnificent boundary over looking the ocean, with no other confortable seat was very disappointing.

Spent 2 months in this ‘home away from home.” Lots of great food in the local area and there are wonderful farmers markets, in Oceanside and Carlsbad. We missed the ocean view but the garden view was lovely. Property manager was very good to work with.

Exactly as was described!

The condo was very clean when we arrived. I was pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen was very well stocked with pretty much everything you need to eat in and save money, including a slow cooker! What a great addition for being on vacation. Set a meal and go to the beach, dinner's waiting when you get back. And the beach is truly less than 100 yards away! We really loved the ocean and sunsets from the upstairs balcony, and the incredible view during the huge storm! The "On-the-Sand" representatives are very responsive. The pilot light was out in the fireplace, but the managers responded to a text almost immediately, and were very friendly in solving that little problem. As in any rental unit, there were a few minor things that could use some attention. The cabinet doors in the kitchen could really use latches or magnets installed to stay fully closed (or just adjusted - lots of people using them). Perhaps also a handheld shower head in the downstairs bathroom for those who may need this (disabled or older folks). OH!! I should mention the WiFi was GREAT!!! I had to do a little work during our stay and having stayed in other units in the same complex, I was expecting very slow WiFi. NOT IN A304!! I was averaging over 300mbps down speed. In summary, I will gladly be staying here again in the future!

Nice property location. Great view from upstairs balcony. Living room furnishings and carpet are tired and could be replaced. One of the electrical outlets didn’t work and the light fixture over the stairs didn’t work; both were reported the first day. No one ever came to fix them.

Ants are a problem

The ants are a huge problem. There needs to be more effort into solving this issue. One suggestion would be to have the cleaning people clean under the furniture as we found a buffet for the ants under the couch that had not been cleaned up from previous residents of the unit. I was pleased to the response of the on site management to the concerns that I texted them about.

Pretty ocean views!

Beautiful master suite with private bathroom and an open air balcony that you can see the pier and ocean from. Additional bedroom with two queen beds and personal bathroom. We liked that there was a pool and hot tub right in this condo complex. Nice quiet location with easy access to lots of different places for food, entertainment, etc. great vacation!
