Great place - so close to the beach. We've stayed here before and loved it. The location is fantastic, plenty of room and just a very comfortable feel.It's also close to all the shops and restaurants downtown.

Great location, 5 min walk to the beach and 10-15 to many restaurants. Understand that the property is right in front of the train tracks (as are a number of similar properties in the area). Communication with the host wasn’t the greatest, but the check in/out process was smooth. Plenty of space, worked well for a 4 day weekend LAX tournament trip.

Family Vacation

Our stay at this property was great. The home was immaculate and has a perfect layout. The location was ideal—close to restaurants, shopping and the beach while still offering the quiet from all the downtown bustle. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend!

This property was very nice and spacious for our group. We arrived in the area early and I asked if we could park in the driveway, the host did one better for us and we were able to check in early. Easy access to the beach and the main areas and attractions in Oceanside. Easy walking to everything.

Great Place to stay!!!

The house was very clean and nice. The mattresses were especially comfortable. I would stay there again. The location is perfect for going to the beach or walking around after dinner.

Amazing vacation home

This is our 3rd stay in the neighborhood over the last 9 months, and this house was by far our best experience. We enjoyed every aspect of this house, its proximity to the beach, and the abundance of dining and other experiences in this Oceanside village.

Perfect Location and Spacious

Such a beautiful home, and felt like home. Very short walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and Pier. Beautiful views, especially looking at the beach from the rooftop patio. The house was very clean, stocked with all necessities. We can't wait to stay again!

Great location, beautiful house

Loved staying here. We were in town for a friends birthday and the house accommodated 4 of us very comfortably. The train is right behind, but we sleep with a fan + sound machine, so we didn’t hear it. Would highly recommend- close to beach and restaurants.

The house is located right in the heart of Oceanside with easy access to restaurants, beach and pier. Walking around at anytime felt safe and the neighborhood is very nice. The house is clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

Oceanside Stay

Property is in a great location for walking to the beach, restaurants and coffee shops. The property management company was accessible and quick to answer questions. Like all properties in the area, the train bell can be heard periodically traveling through the area. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend the property.

A Wonderful Stay

This was our second time staying here, and we enjoyed this Oceanside village home once again! It is blocks from the beach and shopping, though residing in a mostly quiet and relaxing neighborhood. The train route is essentially behind the property, but we found the sound of the crossing negligible. We will stay here again if available for our next trip to Oceanside.

Great location, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Older home, not enough towels and wash clothes. Freezer broken second bathroom small for 2 bedrooms to share.

Wonderful home close to the beach

Had a great experience in Oceanside! Close to the beach (2 blocks) and all the other amenities - food, entertainment, etc. We had a couple issues with the garbage disposal and dishwasher, but Elizabeth and Felix were all over it. They were very nice, super helpful and quick with the help. Would definitely recommend and will check this place first next time we head to Oceanside.

Awesome location and house

The house was very nice and in a prime location for access to restaurants, beach and pier. The kitchen lacks items but hopefully owners will stock-it in consideration of visitors that like to cook. The house is spacious, clean and modern. Has a nice front yard sitting area that gets nice morning/midday sun. The beds are comfortable. The train tracks are right behind the house but never bothered us. The noise was minimal.

Great location

We found this house at the last minute and it was fabulous. Great location. We love to park and stay where all we have to do is walk everywhere else. The beach, coffee shops, meals, shopping, etc. are all within walking distance. The house is clean and most rooms are large. The only thing we found that would be better is the hot water tank is at the roof level and it takes a while to get to the kitchen. An instant hot water heater for the kitchen would help to not waste so much water while waiting for the hot water to get there. We would definitely stay there again.

This townhome was very nice, featuring three comfortable bedrooms. The place was clean and well-maintained. It was also just a short walk to the beach, which was a great bonus. The only reason I rated it four stars was because of the train noise. Although this was mentioned in the description, it turned out to be a bit louder than I expected, and it took me a few days to adjust my sleep schedule.This townhome was very nice. It has three bedrooms and they were very nice and comfortable. The place was nice and clean. It was a close walk to the beach, which is really nice. They only reason that I gave it. Four stars was because of the train noise and even though it was specified on the description, it was a little louder than I expected it and it took me a few days to adjust to my sleep. But that's on me.

Nearly perfect

The owner needs to add dressers/chest of drawers to the bedrooms. A chair would be nice too. We stayed more than a week and I guess we were expected to live out of a suitcase on the floor. Took a few days to get used to the trains and warning bells at all times of the day and night directly behind the property. Now the great stuff: Very nice modern house. Other than the trains, great location. Nice neighborhood close to the ocean, pier, restaurants, and nightlife. Be sure to checkout the market if you’re there on a Thursday. Add some dressers and chairs and I’d happily stay there again.

Awesome!!

This home was very clean and great location to the beach. Bedrooms were very roomy and plenty of space in the living rooms. The patio was so cute with chairs and a couch. The only cons were the train is so close to the house that if you sleep in the back bedroom and your a light sleeper it will keep you up all night and morning. I think The house is new to renting it did not have a bbq grill and not enough bath towels or beach towels. The kitchen needed some more supplies, like a strainer and measuring cups extra containers. We had some issues with the upstairs toilet and the kitchen sink but management was quick to respond and take care of the issues. All in all we had a great time and the house is so close to walk to shops, the beach and restaurants. We loved the farmers market on thursdays.
