« Brian was an awesome host. Communication before and during our stay was prompt. The property looks exactly like the pictures. Really comfortable beds. TV's have all the apps u need and we even downloaded one to the Roku TV. Close to food and grocery stores. BBQ had full propane. . House is stocked with everything you need...shampoo, had soap in every bathroom, trash bags. Highly recommend this property. If you are going for a soccer tournament, it is 10 minutes from the fields. »

« Plenty of room, clean bed sheets, nice hot tub find games overall comfort was just what we needed to have to deal with family member passing away and having a comfortable place to stay thank you. Also, the owner was very good at responding when we had questions or needed assistance.Thanks again »

« Excellent communication and easy check-in and check-out. The bungalow is tasteful decorated and had everything we needed for a short weekend getaway. Location was great with restaurants, coffee shops, and a small market in walking distance. You can even walk to downtown Carlsbad Village from the place. The minor downside is that it is off of Coast Highway which can be busy and loud so it was not so enjoyable for the outdoor space and keeping windows open at night. I would still consider staying...

« It was such a cute property which perfectly accommodated dour adults. We enjoyed walking to the pier and the bars and restaurants there as well as to the nearby breakfast place the next morning. »
