The staff that came to fix our problems couldn’t understand why we had complained and refused to come in the house. She was rude, unapologetic, and said “I’m not dealing with this” and walked away. We did not get a refund for both of the nights. The homeowner communicated with us, but only refunded 1 out of our 3 night. We had to get a hotel after ...

„Excellent location across the street from the beach with partial ocean view from the front deck. The property felt clean and had lots of stuff to use in the kitchen which made meals easy. Staff was super communicative and easy to reach for any questions. The backyard was beautiful and well mantained, felt like a tropical hideaway.“

„The place has enough space for 4 people. The neigbourhood is quiet and safe and we felt safe and relaxed here. Maybe a dishwasher in the future would round it up to have full comfort. If we come back to Cali we would book it again. The Büchlers from Germany :-)“
