I'm so sorry you had to wait for the room on arrival. Your wanted wanted to surprise you with the decorations and we communicated it late to the staff, hence the lengthly wait.

We are sorry you had to leave to get closer to the airport. But please note that, as we state on our webpage, eventhough our Front desk closes at 8:00PM, the security in quite prepared and capable of checking in guest after 8:00

We are really sorry about your experience. Not sure about the water pressure but the hot water was addressed but switching from our solar system to the electrical (due to the consistent weather condition). Maybe you did not notice the solution since you were there for only one night. Again we apologize for the inconvenience and will implement more proactive actions in the future
