„Very nice decoration, excellence location, and friendly staff. Unfortunately that’s not all you need for a good stay. The towels where all dirty and smelly, there was not hot water when I tried to shower in the morning (I stayed just for a night), additionally the room, was very poorly isolated, and since was located on the ground floor, just across the hall from the Main Street door, I could hear every time guests will ring the bell to enter the building and all conversations as if they where ...

„Unfortunately, it was not a nice experience. The hotel room was very very cold. There was no heating available. In very cold Mexican nights, you basically sleep in a very cold environment (note: there is also no air con available in hot summer days either). The communication with the management was not successful. They will offer you blankets. All in all, it was disappointing. I will not stay at Kukun hotels again. “
