« I really cannot speak any higher about the cleanliness of this property. Every aspect of it is very well maintained, but I did feel a wee bit of an institutional vibe to the property. The lights are really bad in the rooms. Even the small lights blast light through the room. So you either have a room that is very bright or choose to stay in the dark. It’s not a relaxing mood. « The hotel/residences was amazing. The rooms were lovely and spacious and had plenty of storage. The pool areas were so lovely, with really friendly and helpful staff, and the private beach was stunning. All staff in the hotel were friendly, professional and went the extra mile. Particularly Salvatore in the restaurant and Julia in the bar. The food in the Pura restaurant was amazing. Theodor Falser, the Michelin chef introduced himself and sat and chatted for a while. We had a perfect stay. »
