« I would like to start off by saying this is a great place in a great location.We stayed a single night, and the location was perfect. It’s a very lively area, active late into the night. « The unit was exactly as shown in pictures: clean, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable chair/couch, table looks over side street for morning coffee people watching. The linens and king bed were spotless and comfy. Plenty of towels available and a small wall heater in the bathroom. There are stairs to get to unit but stair hall is wide, easy to navigate. « Perfect location in Portsmouth for shopping, dining, walks. EZ parking close by. Modern and well appointed for furniture and appliances. The AC mini-splits run a lot but air temp and humidity were good. Faint smell of cigarette smoke and there seemed to be dog hair on the living room rug, but otherwise clean. »

« The free weekend parking spot made exploring the city easy. Location was great. The host went above and beyond with providing spare toothbrushes which came in handy for one of our guests. The host was very responsive and helpful. »

« This was the perfect place for us! Darryl was an awesome host. He checked in on us to make sure we had what we needed and also made suggestions for local restaurants. He always responded within a half hour or sooner. The place was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the location is right downtown. We will definitely be back! »

« Super comfortable accommodations in the center of Portsmouth, which was perfect for all the wedding venues that I attended. The icing on the cake was the funky and eclectic decor; it put a smile on my face every time I walked in the door! »

« Perfect location close to everything downtown. Penthouse was spacious enough for my family. We enjoyed having use of the kitchen and being together in the living space. Had the opportunity to eat at Cure the night we got there which was extremely convenient as it was just downstairs. »

« This place was very conveniently located with an easy walk to charming downtown Portsmouth and all its shops and restaurants. It was also located with easy access to the highway when we needed to go elsewhere. It was very clean, had all the necessary amenities and suited our needs perfectly. The only downside we experienced was how close it is to the road and bridge construction going on right next to the home. While we are not late sleepers, quiet mornings were not possible with equipment...

« My husband and I stayed at this facility and truly enjoyed it. The rooms were clean, there were all the necessary appliances (including a small range and an iron and ironing board). There was a really cute patio where several people could sit comfortably and watch traffic and people go by. But the best part of all was the location.
