Whitelady House

Set on the edge of Dartmoor near the historic village of Lydford, Whitelady House is a spacious country retreat sleeping up to 12 guests across six bedrooms. Beautifully renovated and comfortably furnished throughout, it’s ideal for family gatherings, group getaways and special celebrations.



The house offers two welcoming sitting rooms with wood burners, a generous dining room seating up to 14 and a well-equipped kitchen with an Aga and modern appliances. Outside, guests can enjoy landscaped gardens, a private hot tub, croquet lawn, south-facing patio, fire pit with BBQ grill and a games barn with table tennis and pool.



With Dartmoor on the doorstep and Lydford Gorge just minutes away, Whitelady House is perfectly placed for walking, cycling and exploring the National Park.



Ground Floor

Drawing Room: Inglenook fireplace with wood burner and comfortable sofas.

Dining Room: Large dining table seating up to 14 guests.

Kitchen: Aga, electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezers, wine fridge, dishwasher and microwave.

Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.

Cloakroom: WC and washbasin.

Bedroom 1: Twin room with two full-size single beds, dressing room, French doors and en-suite shower room.



First Floor

Bedroom 2: Twin room with two full-size single beds.

Bedroom 3: King-size bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 4: King-size bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 5: Twin room with two full-size single beds.

Bedroom 6: Twin room with two full-size single beds.

Family Bathroom: Bath with overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
