Embassy Suites had everything we needed for our stay and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The decor is not super modern but no matter. The pool and hot tub are excellent and there is a workout room. No fuss Wi-Fi, Continental breakfast, Bar open every night, overall great experience.

Great property. My room needed the carpet replaced due to a hole in the carpet. I informed the staff and it was noted. I was not happy that they charge for parking. This should be included with the room rate.

Very pricey for what you get. Free hot breakfast was limited; rolls and bacon undercooked sausage gravy was water. they ran out of items and coffee for the amount of people they were trying to serve. Food not brought out quick enough made long lines So messy maybe not enough help? Rooms were dark dingy and a little odor. Maybe just old needing update. Pool tables and Starbucks coffee cove were nice touches. Front staff were very friendly. Average hotel at best. Just a big hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again for what we paid.

The 3 of 4 lamps were broken, floppy and loose. The faucet in the living area was loose. There was some "lotion" on the front of the bathroom vanity. The bedspreads were worn and scratchy. The room was way below what I expected for Embassy Suites.

Great front desk staff. The property is a bit outdated. I have stayed here for years. This visit the breakfast was not what it has been in the past and something we always enjoyed. Also do not provide housekeeping unless asked. And our room only had one towel for three people when we arrived. I’d like to see them return to their previous high quality!

My stay here at the Embassy suites was awesome. The staff is super friendly, they made sure all of our needs were met promptly. Food and bar area was awesome great food and drinks. House cleaning kept the room fresh, clean, gave excellent service.

Just lost one customer.
As we were checking in I saw a sign that said the pool was closed due to emergency maintenance. We booked this room looking forward to spending some time with our grandchildren playing in the pool. There was no heads up about this before we arrived and no time to cancel and book somewhere else. The room is very dated with some repairs needed on the furniture and in the bathroom. The morning we were scheduled to leave at about 7:30 AM I went out to our car to get something and a guy with a dog went out just before me. I did not know you took dogs. This dog took a big dump on the sidewalk not 15 feet from the front door and then walked in it and tracked it down the sidewalk. I told the front desk when I came back in but when we left at about 9:30 AM the dog poop was still out there. This is not a cheap hotel and I expected better. We will not be staying there in the future.

The place is decent. Wouldn't pay more than $150. for a room though. Happy hour at the bar was a joke. Its so crowded its not worth going. The pool was cold, when its supposed to be heated. The hot tub was just warm. I called ahead to make sure the amenities would be working (pool,hot tub), the first day they were. On VALENTINES day of all days we wanted to set in the hot tub that morning and they had them closed for maintenance. I was very upset! Whole reason we booked there. Breakfast was just ok. Omelets were bland, potatoes were hard. Wouldnt stay here again. Better places for the money. Should have went to Whispering Pines.
