An enclosed front porch with flagstone floors and a carved wood day bed sits at the front entry. There are two steps at the entrance, then three steps up from the sitting room to the main living level. The main living room has a wall-mounted TV and a comfortable leather sofa, open to the kitchen and dining.

Full kitchen with a large island, farmhouse sink, dishwasher, electric range, and full-size fridge. The dining table seats 8 under a vintage wood beam chandelier. Coffee maker and basic cookware included.

Seven beds (3 King, 2 Twin, 1 Pull-out sofa, 1 Day bed) — a king in the primary with a wall-mounted TV and its own bathroom, two kings in the second bedroom, and two twins in the third.
