When checking in, there was an error on Expedia’s end, stating we had not paid. I presented the desk clerk with my online bank transactions showing the amount was taken from my account. Rather than making us wait, he quickly gave us our keys and told us that he would contact Expedia but to enjoy our stay. I’m the past, we have had to wait while staff sorted it out or told to contact Expedia ourselves. Very considerate of him as we have two rambunctious children and were tired out. Will book again.
