This apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator) in a quiet complex. The location is excellent, just a short distance from the beaches and downtown.



The entrance to Sa Pintadera opens onto the living area, which consists of a living room with a single sofa bed, a dining table, and a fully equipped open kitchen. The living area is very bright and leads out to the terrace. Continuing through the apartment, you’ll find the master bedroom and the bathroom with a shower.

Overlooking the spectacular gulf dominated by the island of Tavolara, Olbia is the main tourist destination of northern Sardinia. With its international port and airport, its beautiful scenery, its history and traditions, it boasts an exceptional tourist offer. The medieval Basilica of San Simplicio and the Archaeological Museum, which exhibits finds from Nuragic artifacts to Roman warships, stand out in the city center, while the archaeological site Nuraghe Riu Mulinu overlooks the gulf from the hills just outside the city. Olbia is also a location for major events such as the Giro d'Italia and concerts by internationally-renowned artists.

Some goat marinated in myrtle liqueur and some Gallura soup for a meat dinner, sea urchins, bottarga, mussels and oysters if you’d rather taste the local seafood. To accompany your meal, a good Vermentino di Gallura DOCG, and to end it, a delicious seada with honey and a glass of homemade myrtle liqueur.
