The final five minutes of your journey follow a winding, county-maintained gravel road through the Ozark hills. It can be bumpy and dusty, particularly during dry weather, so take it slowly. By the time you arrive, the trees have taken over and the pace feels noticeably different.

Our grotto is not a traditional chlorinated swimming pool. It is a professionally maintained, naturally filtered water feature designed to feel like an authentic Ozark swimming hole.

Because this is a natural water feature, its water level, temperature, clarity, color, and overall appearance vary with rainfall, seasonal conditions, drought, and spring flow.

During periods of low rainfall or drought, reduced water circulation may result in lower water levels, reduced clarity, or a greener appearance than shown in photographs. Creek flow throughout the property can also decrease significantly or temporarily stop during especially dry conditions. Just like an Ozark stream, the creek and grotto pool can also be home to insects or aquatic life - we've had guests note that they enjoyed watching crayfish in the creek through the glass floor window!

The natural environment is part of experiencing an Ozark water feature rather than a chemically treated swimming pool.
