We have been renting for over 10 years, we have never experienced such ruthless guests before! The terrace of Apartment 5 is located on a large terrace and is delimited so that other guests do not walk over it. What is called "the shed we live in" is a car garage, which we have converted into a lounge to be there for our guests on site and to invite them for a coffee, to receive them on arrival and to answer questions about excursions etc. If the guests had behaved normally and decently, there would have been no complaints. The children ruin everything and the parents say nothing and pretend that you have nothing to do with it! The flowers were torn up, torn out and simply thrown on the floor! Our chairs were thrown and pushed around, no reaction of the parents! We pay a lot of attention to Higyene and of course you are only allowed to take a shower in the pool. Of course, one must not leave children unattended at the pool. It is probably self-explanatory that one hangs the laundry on the clothesline and does not throw it anywhere. We are obliged to take care of the well-being and safety of ALL guests, we cannot allow children to take the garden hose without permission and splash the marble stairs and natural stone terrace and other guests to slip on it! Moreover, the guests refused to pay for the final cleaning and wanted to clean themselves, which is basically not possible, because we want to be 100% sure that everything is perfect and clean, especially in times of Corona. We have never experienced anything like this before! The most natural things had to be discussed and explained! There were complaints about this family from all sides! There is also a code of conduct among people as well as among hosts and guests. We NEVER need these guests again!
