„One group of 16 year olds, one group of 18 year olds, and four adults we all felt like we had our own home withon s home. We ate and played together but the home was spacious enough to give the kids time to themselves. This place was perfect for our nine. While the outdide needed blowing, the inside was very clean. Again, we could not have found a more perfect place! “

„Property owner’s communication is amazing! He was so helpful with recommendations for places to eat and find activities to do. The house is stocked with almost anything you need for a lake trip. We enjoyed fishing on the dock & using the kayaks. The TV’s has Netflix, prime, & Disney access all loaded for us to use. All around we had a fantastic getaway for a birthday and highly recommend staying here. “

„This was a cozy place with a beautiful backyard to sit and relax. The upstairs walkout deck is a great place to have dinner. The trees provide great shade against the Summer Sun. Just a short walk through the backyard to the park next door and a nice little Beach area for the children to play and view the sunset. The trees also provided plenty of choices for hanging a hammock. Just a short drive to the boat ramp which is calm and well protected.“

„The property was fantastic. On the great side of the lake. Lots of things to do (paddle boards, kayaks, rope swing, fishing off the dock) and we never left the house except to rent pontoon boat and jet skis. Ran jug lines right in front of the dock area so we could watch. The house worked out great for our family group of 9. Lots of outside furniture. Grill and Blackstone griddle made cooking easy!! Tracy, owner, was fantastic to work with. Just a great place to rent. “

„First we get there horrible service on phone wifi they gave us was wrong so I updated to them the right one. We get it the pool it has a strong chemical smell once my kids get out the have the worst rashes ever due to bacteria in the pool. I tell them they ask my if need them to come check it out and they never did. My babies were in pain with the rashes. There were lots of ants also in the kids room so they had to sleep somewhere else host kept ignoring me “

„We visit Cape Royale yearly to meet other families that we’ve been friends with for 35 years. This house was the perfect location and setup for us and our 3 adult children. So much room and everything we needed. Hopefully this house will be available for next years trip - we’ll be back. “

„Had a wonderful vacation at the Lake House. Lots of stuff for the kids. Jet ski rental is close by as well. The kids loved all the snacks, s’mores and gum ball machine. The house has just about everything you could need. We look forward to hopefully returning one day. “
