„Expedia did not follow up after claiming that they were unable to get the Garrison property to change the night I was supposed to be staying from Friday the 18th to Thursday the 17th. The Expedia system would not let me remove the 18th from the reservation and manually change to the 17th. Garrison refused to change the reservation and I forfeited the fee paid in advance that was applied to a stay on the 18th that I could not use. „The room was absolutely putrid and we had to keep the hotel door and window open when we got our room because the stench was so bad. Not only that but it had a stale cigarette smell in the hotel room and a pot smell at the front desk. There were crumbs and stains in the bed. Even the bathroom had really gross stains where you can tell the bathroom haven’t been deep cleaned in months. 😷 the staff was helpful but it doesn’t make up for how dirty the room was.
