„Great Hotel - Amazing Pools!“

„First let me say the staff here are amazing. They did all they could to help us. This is not a 5 star hotel. The room we were given was not anything like the photos or IG photos shown. The staff did offer us an upgrade. This upgrade however had some issues. The air barely worked in the room. It took almost a full 24 hours to cool off. We did not sleep the first night. The place where breakfast is served is quite an obstacle to arrive at. Down to a low floor. Outside by pool and cross sky bridge ...

„I had a very pleasant stay at Avissa Suites. Great view from the restaurant and terrace. Fantastic staff. From Front Office over Housekeeping or Security to the Restaurant staff super friendly. Thank you very much ! “

Minus points: Ordering the inhouse dinner a la carte took more than 1 hour to be delivered, and actually food was cold. Housekeeping did not work as expected, I did ask to make up the room in the afternoon at the receiption desk, comming back late evening room was still as I left it. All in all still good experience.“
