Other Things to Note:

Please Note: This apartment is located beneath a sporting goods store. During the store’s business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM), you may hear occasional foot traffic and other normal daytime activity from above. Outside of these hours, the space is typically quiet.



Additional Note: Please know that there is a small robot vacuum in the living room. It runs automatically during the day to help keep the space tidy. If it starts on its own, don’t be alarmed it’s just part of its normal schedule. The vacuum also empties itself, which sounds like a regular vacuum cleaner running for about 15 seconds.
