« The staff were helpful and the pool was our favorite part. Our room was right by the elevator so it was loud. The blackout curtains let a lot of light in and didn’t really allow us to sleep in much. We stayed 5 days and 4 nights and our room was attended to only once. The bed was the worst - hard, squeaky, could feel every spring, and very uncomfortable. It seems the property would do well to upgrade their mattresses. « I paid almost $900 for two nights. Friday-Sunday. $40 charge on hold I get that. But did not realize that you had to pay to park your car in the parking lot that is designated for your hotel specifically. $10 a day. Breakfast Saturday morning was chaotic. I’m not sure if the drink machine malfunctioned but the floor was wet with no sign saying “wet floor”. Worker almost busted his butt coming out of the kitchen. « Very kind and professional staff. Clean room. Ocean view room and nice beach. Only one small thing i have considered me. I’m not pork eater they had turkey sausage option on the buffet but only 1 tong for bacon, pork sausage and turkey sausage. So people using same tong with every single meats anyway it’s easy to fix. Other than everything was excellent 👍. »
