We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place. The unit was spacious and well-equipped, and being on the 8th floor is a huge plus in this building—it makes loading and unloading the car much easier. The amenities were a big hit with everyone, especially the pool area; having four options (adult-only, outdoor, indoor, and the lazy river with the slide) gave us plenty to do.Getting the door code for check-in was easy and the place was clean and exactly as advertised. Just a heads-up for others: you’ll need to stop by the Lobby on level 2 to get your car tags, which are 60 per car and include your wristbands. Also, while the website states the desk is open until 6:00 PM, they seemed to head out by 5:00 PM most weekdays, though they told me they stay later on the weekend.One suggestion for an even better stay would be to look into upgrading the mattresses on the king beds. Anwyay, we had a wonderful time, and we’d definitely stay here again.

Wonderful and relaxing

The room was excellent. Only issue was the icemaker under the bar wasn’t working and the remotes needed batteries. Other than that, it was great. Oh and the jacuzzi on the 1st floor wasn’t working.

Overall, it is a nice condo. Needs a deep cleaning and new mattresses (2013). Ice machine still does not work, so be prepared. Otherwise, it would be perfect.

The Owner needs to stay in this unit occasionally

I'm sure 802 is just like almost every other unit in The Oasis. It's adequate but nothing special. The living area has good seating, and the unit was reasonably clean. Mattresses on all the beds are the cheapest coil springs mattresses available. Bouncy, bouncy, bouncy! The kitchen had Dollar Tree-quality kitchen wares—NO storage/mixing bowls of any type. Of course, the ice maker was not working, which, based on reviews, seems to be a common complaint for every unit. The dryer had trouble drying. There was lots of lint buildup behind it, which indicates that the dryer vent was blocked. Maintenance did install a new vent hose, which did help, but they did not clean up behind the dryer to remove the fire hazard. We enjoyed the beach and being together, which was the main attraction.

PERFECTION PLUS

I was one of 6 ladies that stayed in this condo recently, and we had a wonderful time. The condo was plenty large enough. Having a fourth bathroom was awesome. The beds were all very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. We did not have to contact the rental company since we did not encounter a problem the week we were there. Everything was great. I must say the living room furniture was extremely comfortable. I would like to make one suggestion that adding blankets for each bed would be a good idea. One of the ladies is cold natured, and luckily for her one of the friends had brought a blanket so that worked out great. We would definitely rent this condo again. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful home.

Great visit to Gulf Shores

For the most part we had an enjoyable stay in this unit. We experienced a few issues, namely with the AC and a non-funtioning ice maker and it was a bit of a challenge getting timely reaponses from the management company since they didn't work directly with the VRBO app, we did finally get the AC fixed after a few requests. Ice maker was never fixed during our stay. All other aspects of the unit were great and clean. Ability to park on the actual floor of the unit was ideal. Be sure to bring extra papet towels, toilet paper and garbage bags as what is provided is not enough for a week.

Nice Stay in Orange Beach

Stay was overall great! Positives: Big, spacious unit with beautiful views Great pool options- weather was crummy but we used the indoor pool, all hot tubs (I think 6?), and even the lazy river- cold but we still went in! Elevators were perfectly running, we never had to wait! Walking distance to a couple restaurants, gas station Negatives: Our family loves ice and were super excited to have an ice maker. It was not working. Called management day 1 and was told someone would come out. Day 2 still waiting so emailed and they replied back later asking what model and filter type (seems like something that would be good for them to have on file). Swore I sent a pic but no response. Luckily we had friends in another unit so used their ice machine, but would have been super bummed if not. Fridge has ice but it also said that filter needed to be changed so we didn't use it. Beds- master bed was comfy enough but SUPER noisy getting in and out, and we get up a lot at night so for sure waking each other up all night. Friends in other units said same thing about their mattresses. Overall great stay- the negatives surely didn't ruin the trip and ice maker will probably get figured out after us, so I would recommend this unit!

Nice and Clean!

We had an amazing time staying here at this unit as we got to experience Orange Beach for the first time. This unit was conveniently located to where you could park on the 8th floor of the parking deck and walk to your room with no ride on the elevator. The room was very clean, there are four bathrooms which was very convenient, and there is a lot of space with modern furniture and appliances. I would recommend staying here if you are staying in Orange Beach!

Beautiful Condo

We really enjoyed this condo. We had plenty of room for 2 adults and 5 kids. I love that there were 3 bedrooms but 4 full bathrooms. My only complaint was that we didn’t have nearly enough towels and there were hairs all over the bedding and on the counter tops. The place appeared to be clean so I assume it came from the cleaning crew. Besides these two things it’s was great.

Beach Fun!!

This was our second time at this building. Love the condo units...so spacious. The kids love going back and forth from the beach to the pool and lazy river. They even had food trucks poolside for a quick easy lunch.

Great location and view

Location and view was amazing. Tried to reach out to property manager on 2 different occasion with no response. Stove was left on when we arrived for check in. Basic kitchen utensils, no soap, no potholders and only 2 kitchen towels. Being on the 8th floor with parking was very nice to have.

Perfect family getaway

This was a gorgeous property with amazing views! We were very comfortable in this spacious condo. There were a couple of maintenance issues that cropped up (lightbulbs and a curtain rod was coming down) and they were taken care of promptly. The kitchen could use a few more tools. We purchased a pizza cutter and left it behind for the next people so that’s one less thing! But no potholders and only one spatula etc. otherwise this was just about perfect!!

Bedrooms 2&3 tv/sat did not work. Blender did not work made big mess. Food under furniture and beds gross! Ceiling fans unusable due to dirt. Empty hand soap dispenser in kitchen?? No pizza cutter. Light bulbs out in lamps beside bed in bedroom 2.

The property was excellent. Short walk to the beach and lazy river was fantastic. The condo was nice however the washer and dryer were nothing to rave about and the kitchen/ utensils were sparse. However I would rent this unit again.
