„Did like the stay and the area. We were under the impression that beach was viewable from condo. Clean comfy and quiet. Building is kinda rundown and old, neglected. Condo itself clean, but kinda neglected as far as general maintenance. Faceplates don’t match, ceiling fan noisee, bathroom fan don’t work, ceiling paint cracking in bathroom. But enjoyed my stay. “

„The property was amazing. We had a great weekend and will definitely rent again. The only additional money you have to pay is the $30 for the parking pass, but to park at the beach that not bad. The room was clean and well stocked. The wrap around balcony was great best way to wake up and start the day was the sunrise and the ocean. “

„The unit was nice and the location was very convenient. We only had to walk up 16 steps to our unit. So, we avoided the elevator and just walked. The stairs came out right beside the unit. Very convenient! Because the complex is small in relation to other high rises, the beach in front of our complex was not crowded at all. Very peaceful!! But, I will say the view from the unit was the BEST part of it all. Perfect!! “
