Grand Pointe 707 est une unité de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain à Alabama Pointe sur le golfe du Mexique et le col Perdido. Détendez-vous sur votre grand balcon privé et profitez d'une vue imprenable sur le trafic maritime et la vie marine. Cette unité est située au 7ème étage. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size, d'un accès au balcon, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'un lecteur DVD ainsi que d'une salle de bain privée avec bain à remous et douche à l'italienne. Il y a un lit Queen dans la 2ème chambre avec une télévision à écran plat et un lecteur DVD. Cette unité a une cuisine entièrement équipée, canapé-lit dans le salon, laveuse et sécheuse et Wifi gratuit.

Great Place

Great location, enjoyed watching all the boats and fishermen in the channel. Condo was clean, comfortable with plenty of seating. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo itself was great! We would have preferred a beach front balcony rather than facing the boat canal. Since the faced East, it was too hot to use it until afternoon.

Peaceful and relaxing place to stay

Was so very happy with our stay. Our condo was so very very clean. The kitchen was awesome!! Looked like brand new appliances. So beautiful and cozy!! The furniture on the balcony was so comfortable and the view from the balcony was awesome!! My husband and I was so impressed. We will definitely be returning.

Great Property for a Quick Weekend!

We live about an hour and a half away in the Destin area and wanted to take a short weekend away. The property was just as listed - easy check-in, great comms with owner, very clean unit (which is important to us) and beautiful sunrise balcony. The furniture was comfortable and clean, unit was decorated nice and the balcony furniture was excellent. The parking was as expected but definitely no guest parking available even for a couple of hours unless you buy an additional parking pass and if you don't there isn't any off-site parking close. Security is on site and very attentive and helpful. We are considering bringing our grandson over for a weekend of fishing off the jetty. Thanks for a great weekend.

This condo is awesome! Everything was very clean, the kitchen was stocked with all kinds of dishes and cooking items you may need. There were starter packs of dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry soap and bathroom items. The view from the balcony was beautiful with comfortable sitting areas. We had absolutely no issues and loved our stay!

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo with a great balcony! Very nicely furnished with cute decor. We had a problem with the power (no fault of the owners) and she helped us in a timely manner and even gave us a gift card for our troubles. Watching the boats go by was fun. I would stay here again.

The boardwalk to the beach is a plus, since it's a little hike to get there. But that allows for a large beach area, which wasn't too crowded. We'll definitely come back. The only drawback was the HOA deciding to have balcony work done during peak season, which the property management did warn me about but I was hoping it wouldn't affect us. It did though. The balcony and furniture were covered in a layer of dust when we arrived, and had workers on it another day, making it inaccessible to us. The pool was also closed because of this work. Poor timing!

The kitchen/living/dining we’re so roomy, and each bedroom was very large as well! But the PATIO VIEW was amazing, and just what we needed! We would recommended and also visit again! We occasionally travel with another family and their 3 year old, and we could have shared this condo with them as well.

Stressful Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We got moved to this unit due to the previous unit ot having AC. Being hot gor half the trip unable to sleep I was happy to move to this unit even though moving all of our stuff was a pain. We ordered gulf front and this was bay front, yet still beautiful. The first day we were there we all came up for lunch and in the middle of cooking lunch the power to the entire unit went out. So back to calling the vacation rental company it was. It was a bummer and we went back out to the beach. The remaing days were fine.
