Dirty

Condo was dirty. Had to vacuum and wash sheets the day we got there. Tried to reach out to management company, left a message and never got a response. Microwave was broken as well

Great for littles

The splash pad was a hit with our 3 year old & 1.5 year old. The condo was clean but some stains on furniture was noted which made me feel more comfortable that my girls weren’t ruining anything. Jill was easy to get in touch with. The location was close to all of our favorite restaurants and the Walmart neighborhood market. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended it an additional night and are looking to come back again next year.

Very clean

Had a great trip. Clean. Exactly as described in the pictures. Our only issue, which wasn't anyone's fault, was the dryer belt broke so it was loud while drying clothes. Beds we comfortable and the kitchen was pretty well stocked with pots, pans, crockpot, blenders, etc. Would enjoy staying here again.

VERY NICE ACCOMODATIONS

WE ENJOYED OUR STAY. THE KITCHEN WAS WELL FURNISHED. THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE. THE MASTER BATHROOM SHOWER IS A LITTLE SMALL. I KEPT BUMPING MY ELBOW ON THE SIDE OF THE SHOWER AND I CONSIDER MYSELF AN AVERAGE SIZED PERSON. ALSO THE DRAIN COVER KEPT COMING OFF WHILE I WAS IN THE SHOWER AND HAD TO BE CAREFUL AS YOU COULD EASILY DROP SOMETHING DOWN THE DRAIN WITH THE COVER OFF. THE FURNITURE IN THE DEN WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND THE TV WAS GREAT FOR WATCHING THE FOOTBALL GAMES. IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE THE FITNESS CENTER IN THE BUILDING YOU MIGHT BE DISAPPOINTED. THE WEIGHT MACHINES ARE RUSTY AND LIMITED IN SELECTION. CARDIO EQUIPMENT WAS IN GOOD SHAPE AND ALL WORKING.

Great Location, Cute Condo

We had a fantastic time at this condo. It was decorated well and had comfortable seating options. Nice large TVs in each room to keep “Paw-Paw” and the toddler happy. We especially loved the pool and splash pad, which was our toddler’s favorite part. The beach was great and easily viewed from the balcony. It really was a lovely stay. Recommend 100%. Very small cons and definitely not dealbreakers: Freezer leaking into the fridge (we placed a cup in the fridge to catch it) Needed under the beds swept

Never again.

We booked this room without knowing they were doing construction on the decks (that info was conveniently left off the listing). I realize the building needs annual repairs, but the property should provide a discount to guest during that time. Every morning at 8:00 am we were woken by the sound of jackhammers pounding all around (not actually jackhammers but thats what it sounded like). This went on everyday until 5:00 pm! Forget about taking an afternoon nap, or sitting on your balcony for your morning coffee. In addition, this property was subpar to what we are used to in Orange Beach: 1. Shower towels were small, old, and felt like drying off with a Brillo pad (great for a full body exfoliation) 2. The beds were awful! Hard and squeaked every time you move. 3. Rough sheets and paper thin quilt on beds 4. Shower doors in master room was not functioning correctly Unfortunately we will probably never stay at this condo/Phoenix V again. On a positive note, the property manager was very nice.

Perfect for our family vacation!

We haven’t taken our kids on a family vacation in 5 years and this was a super last minute decision. I mean we booked this a week before we left LOL but it all worked out perfectly. The place was a perfect location being on the water, a beautiful view of the sunrise + sunset, close to Walmart and other restaurants/shops. I feel like it was both a convenient location but still a relaxing quiet spot. We loved it! Kitchen was loaded with everything we needed. Laundry was helpful before leaving! Having two bathrooms was nice with kids. We could have stayed there for a whole month. We really enjoyed it! No issues at all. Highly recommend!

Cleaning

The room was not cleaned properly!! Pee was still in one toilet!! Microwave was not cleaned properly plus had hair hanging from it!!!! Under bed was dirty!! Mirrors were all dirty!! Showers werent bad but weren't the cleanest!!

PROS: -GREAT COMMUNICATION WITH OWNER -EASY CHECK IN -NICE TO HAVE LARGE SUPPLY OF SHOPPING CARTS & HOTEL TYPE CARTS TO TRANSFER ITEMS TO YOUR ROOM -GREAT LOCATION, GROCERY NEARBY, RIGHT ON BEACH -GREAT FOR SMALL CHILDREN, POOL,SPLASH PAD -LIKED THE BEACH ACCESS, WITH SPOT TO LEAVE SHOES AND WASH OFF STATIONS ON WAY BACK TO CONDO -LARGE CAPACITY WASHER/DRYER IN UNIT - KITCHEN STALKED WITH ALL ITEMS NEEDED CONS: -WASHER/DRYER WAS EXTREMELY LOUD, MOSTLY ON SPIN CYCLE, AND DRYER HAS VERY LOUD BUZZER THAT I COULD NOT FIND A SHUT OFF FOR, SO WE JUST RAN IT WHILE WE WERE OUT OF CONDO. -ACCOMODATIONS WERE PRETTY ROOMY, BUT THE LIVING ROOM PICTURE APPEARS MUCH MORE SPACIOUS THAN IT ACTUALLY IS AND FURNITURE PRETTY WORN, NEVERTHELESS I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN!

A time to relax

We had a great view! It rain several days but it didn’t matter we set on the balcony and look at the ocean! The condo was very nice we were close to a grocery store and gift shops, There were a lot of young family staying there which made us feel comfortable . It was a very relaxing trip would like to stay there again next year

Much needed vacay!

I wanted to get away from being exhausted from work, watching/seeing bad news, COVID. I love the beach, it’s my happy place! The condo was amazing! It was spacious, clean, and right on the beach. I will definitely rent this condo again in the future!

Great condo

Very cute condo on the water especially for kids with the splash pad! The process was very easy checking in and checking out. We enjoyed our weekend getaway! The only thing that could improve our stay was having more than 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom.
