We loved this unit at White Caps! Very clean and beautiful views. Loved the view from the 4th floor and communication was great. My only recommendation I would say for future guest is a couple throw blanket for the living room. We really enjoyed our relaxing stay and it truly was local to everything. Highly recommend location and unit!

Great location for family beach stay

We had a great time staying at White Caps! The wrap-around balcony was gorgeous. Being able to see the beach from all angles even while inside and away from the heat was awesome. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were great for kids and adults alike. I appreciated that all soaps, laundry detergents, etc. were provided upon arrival. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful family Vacay!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay in Alabama. This condo was absolutely beautiful! The pictures don’t do it justice and we felt the deck and the inside of the condo were bigger than the pictures led us to believe. Our condo was very clean. It was centrally located for restaurants, bars, liquor stores, and grocery stores. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Awesome views! Very comfortable, and the large icemaker was a plus. Floors needed to be mopped though.There was some mix up in units and housekeeping showed up banging on our door at 10:30 pm, we thought it was next door, till they used some code and tried to get in. Door was latched, so husband slammed the small opening. They were yelling something about giving us sheets.Woke everyone, and scared my elderly dad. Yelled we were calling the police. Called mgt that night and they were rather passive about the situation.

We had a work event and this condo happened to be close to our event. ABSOLUTELY STUNNING beach. We did have some trouble with a couple of things but the management company was quick to respond. Would gladly spend time here again

Roomy...slightly decorated...plantation shutters need some repair in living room...TV in smaller bedroom wasn't fixed till 5th nite of stay...ice machine never repaired...housekeeping kept pool area/walkways immaculate!!views out of this world!!...Wolf Bay Lodge had magnificent food entrees!...City Donut had some of the friendliest staff, and their donuts are high end!!...recommend trying a donut slider!!

Great condo

The condo is beautifully done, the balcony is fantastic, the ocean view was perfect! The bed was super comfortable as were the pillows. You could find anything you wanted on the tv. It was just perfectI would love to know what kind of pillows were in the shams in the master. I need me some of those!

Very pleasant corner unit. Folding blinds on living room balcony need repaired, took picture when noticed on arrival. Master Bathroom sink and tub drains need maintenance. Corner base trim in kitchen needs maintenance. Took pictures. Need end tables for sofa in living room. Bedding very comfortable.

The condo was beautiful, spacious, well-appointed. The built-in ice maker was a huge bonus! We loved spending our mornings and evenings on the wraparound balcony. We hope to book this unit for our girls' trip next year!

Parking Scam at White Caps Exposed!!

Our stay here at this condo was okay at first. There was no water pressure in the kitchen sink. We had to do our dishes in the bathroom sink. The kitchen did not offer a variety of items you would need to cook a basic breakfast/dinner. There is no shade at the outdoor pool for families with little ones. Then, there is a PARKING SCAM!!!!! We had the parking pass displayed on our dash but somehow during the chaos of carrying everything in, the pass got knocked off onto the front floor boards. The next day we woke up to find our car had been booted and we had to send $300 to a cash app labeled "the grind don't stop" to get it off within 24 hours or the car would be towed. I called the rental office and they said there was nothing they could do. The security lady said the money goes directly to the owner of the property. Even if you can prove that you have a valid parking pass and are staying on the property as a guest, they still make you pay the $300. While we stayed here for five days, we had witnessed this same thing happen to six other families. All equally as upset as we were. Vacations are expensive enough as it is, to make your guests pay an additional $300.00 for something as simple as a parking pass mistake, is just ridiculous. We will never be staying here again due to the lack of compassion and professionalism from the property owner and security team they contract.

Birthday Beach Stay

Great location! We have been coming to White Caps for 25 years. The view is great, convenient to shopping and restaurants. The elevators are not reliable if this is an issue I would stay away until replaced in 2025 according to security officer. Ice maker is a great addition to kitchen. Owners need to review kitchen equipment and update a few things like tongs, cutting boards. It did have good pans and plenty of silverware. We kept getting noise complaints from difficult people downstairs. Security guard was nice and said he did not hear anything coming from our unit and just said he had to report it. It happened twice during our stay without any reasonability. The agency decorated for us celebrating a special birthday. That was a really nice, personal touch. Overall good stay and would come back.

Gorgeous Views

I’ve never stayed in a condo, that had a view of the ocean, from every window. Very beautifully decorated. We really liked having the in unit ice machine. The only negative- security overly strict. They watch you on the cameras and report your ever move. Very uncomfortable and stressful.

Perfect!

Everything about this condo was perfect! The location was right on the beach, even on chilly days we felt close enough to enjoy the beach from our balcony. The condo was spotless and fully stocked with everything you may need. Communication was fantastic, parking was easy, we loved everything about it!! We will definitely be back!
