While this condo is available to book, please be aware that Tidewater (the exterior of the building as a whole) will be undergoing a RENOVATION PROJECT beginning SEPTEMBER 16, 2026, until approximately MARCH 2027. During this project, there will be construction noise at times and there will also be times when the balconies are not accessible. The pool will be closed 10/19/26-11/20/26 and again 01/04/27-02/05/27. *All dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances.

Tidewater 505 is a 650 sq ft 1bed/1bath condo in Orange Beach. Located on directly on the beach, the condo will accommodate up to 6 guests and is on the 5th floor. Tidewater is a low-density and gated entry complex located near everything fun and delicious! Only a 5-minute drive to the famous Flora-Bama, 10 minutes to The Wharf, 10 minutes to The Hangout in Gulf Shores and only 20 minutes to Tanger Outlets in Foley.

As you enter Tidewater 505, the one bedroom is immediately to your right. This bedroom features a queen-size bed, wall mounted tv and has direct access to the shared guest bathroom (tub/shower combo). In the hallway, there are built-in bunk beds along with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Continuing inside, you have a full kitchen stocked with all of the essentials to prepare a basic meal should you decide to stay in. There is a table with seating for three and additional seating for three at the bar. In the living room area, there is comfortable seating (sleeper sofa) for down time to watch tv or enjoy the views. Or step out onto your private balcony, featuring a table with seating for four, and breathe in the fresh salt air while listening to the waves crash along the shoreline.

Tidewater has great on-site amenities such as an outdoor gulf-front pool, indoor heated pool, hot tub/spa and exercise facility. And don’t forget about the direct beach access!
