« I have previously stayed at this location when it was operated as a bed and breakfast, this time it is only a lodging spot with complimentary drinks which was conveyed in the listing. The home is lovely and easily located in Orange, with quick access to many historical areas. While the Fenton is listed as having a bathroom, which it does, it is a tiny water closet at best. « This house was just perfect for two families with kids. Plenty of room choices for the kids with two nice master bedrooms for the parents. I also loved the two separate hang out spaces and the big open area for the kids to get outside and enjoy the beautiful farm. The host was very easy to reach and very accommodating to our check in times. I also really appreciated that there were little things like paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand towels, etc. We truly didn't need to bring...

« Home and amenities exactly as pictured. It was a welcome location which was nearby to what we wanted to do (close to C'ville, UVA, and wineries). The host kindly provided recommended local spots to eat and drink which were nice - definitely check out Patch Brewing if coming thru town. Very friendly for our dog as well :) »

« It is a very lovely clean apartment, easy check-in and out and a helpful host. We enjoyed our stay a lot! It is on a working farm so we saw and heard farm animals. We set outside and enjoyed the nature around, we got a visit from the farm dog, pet goats, saw fireflies and were followed everywhere by cats. Cats were the best, so friendly and cuddly! I recommend this place. »
