« The room was clean and the staff was great. The bed was okay but the pillows were so thick and hard I couldn't even use them. Also, the footsteps of the people above both rooms we had were very loud until the middle of the night. Not sure what was going on. No soundproofing?? »

« Its a very beautiful hotel. I just didn't care for that, They did not have an elevator for luggage transfer for those of us with bad hips and knees. »
