Firstly the good points, the villa is in a good location near to the plaza and other shops and restaurants. The villa is a good size for us as a party of 6 adults. The villa is advertised as ‘luxury’ which it is not currently, it is being massively let down by the maintenance and cleanliness of it. When we arrived we were told that the TV and a shutter were broken, there was also a very nasty smell in the fridge. We noticed that the place was not cleaned to a basic standard, food debris on floors inside and out, stains and sticky surfaces. There was 1 bottle of used hand soap for 6 guests and two toilet roll, there were no shampoo in any of the bathrooms, these by their own advert are ‘essentials’. There were stains on bedding, A light in the living room area is attached to the ceiling by sellotape, part of the coffee table was taped up. Given the high cleaning fee it is totally unacceptable that the villa was in that condition. We were shown how to use the BBQ but advised the ignition switch was broken so to used the lighter provided, there was no lighter. On the first night a chair broke whilst one of our party were sitting in it, luckily no one was hurt. My daughter cut her foot quite badly on a sharp tile by the pool, there was no first aid kit found and when we messaged the host to ask if they had one they replied with “I don’t know” they didn’t seem concerned as to why we might of needed a first aid kit. We tried to find information on where a pharmacy was, there isn’t
