Beautiful property

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Summer Drive. The house is absolutely stunning and has all the amenities that you will require for your stay. The beds are super comfy which helped get a great nights sleep after a busy day and the 5.5 bathrooms certainly helped with two teenagers in our party! The property is in a gated community which gave that extra sense of security and the resort itself had some great amenities on site at the large pool area including a lazy river, water slides and mini golf. The rear patio and pool at the property is east facing so you get sun all morning and the pool only falls into the shade around 4pm. The hosts were super responsive to me, although I found it easier to communicate directly with them through email rather than the messaging section in the app. Their check in instructions were nice and easy to follow and I would definitely be happy to use them as hosts again in the future. Overall, 5 stars from us!

Nice house

Really, the only issue we had was that the pool water was cloudy. The cloudiness got progressively worse throughout the week until the last day, when it began to turn green. I contacted the property manager and she stated that she would get a technician on the way. A technician showed up after about an hour. He treated the pool and told us we could get in in about 2 hours. The green color began to fade, but the pool remained cloudy. There was one other thing. The game room is in the garage, which is fine, but there is no air. It was extremely hot and humid. Overall, it is a nice house.

Very nice overall

This is a great rental house and it's big enough for 5-8 people. Property management company communicates well and explains all the process before hand and are prompt to respond. It was reasonably clean and overall feels new and well maintained. The kitchen lacks the electric tea kettle, which is something I wish that they had.

Great Place for Large Group

The house has a great layout with plenty of room for 10 people. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is great, and there is an extra half bath. The location is fine, about 25-30 minutes to Disney Parks. I gave 4 stars for the neighborhood because the company in charge of security and entrance to the resort were unorganized and added unneccessary delay entering the neighborhood. Windsor Island Resorts also requires the name of every person entering the neighborhood (including kids) to be submitted. I’ve never had to do that for any resort or hotel. It delays entry into the resort because some people don’t submit the names of their guests ahead of time and subsequently get stuck at the gate holding up the people behind them. What a ridiculous time consuming policy on the part of Windsor Island Resorts that does nothing for neighborhood security.

Great family getaway

This was the perfect house for our large family getaway. We had 11 people from 21 months old to 73 years and everyone was happy - there were enough bed space and bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable and there were no traffic jams in the mornings 😊 . The private pool was great and the bonus of the free water park in the neighborhood was amazing. It also had miniature golf, a game room, a restaurant, bar, gift shop and gym. You didn’t really need to leave the compound if you didn’t want to, it was like a little resort. We were beyond pleased. The hosts were quick to respond to any messages and were thorough and thoughtful with their instructions. Would 10/10 recommend and would love to come back again.

Beautiful home for a wonderful family vacation

This home is gorgeous. It was perfect for our group of 10. The kids loved having their own space with the upstairs living room and it was brilliant for everyone to have their own en suite bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils to make most meals and the house is conveniently located to a grocery store, CVS and the majority of chain fast food restaurants. I can’t recommend this home and Star Vacations more highly. Here are some useful bits of information if you are staying: - while 4 cars are allowed, there are only 2 parking spots (if your cars are small enough) on the driveway and there is no overnight parking allowed on the streets. There is an overflow parking lot about a 5-7 minute walk from the house where the other cars have to park (not an issue at all but worth knowing about) - the resort pool is great fun. The Cabana rental is expensive but 100% worth it (the review won’t let me put the price here!). It was great to have a private location with shade, a table, waiter/waitress service, a TV to help the kids with a sun break and it included 8 soft drinks and a fruit tray. Highly recommend the spend! (The food from the grill restaurant by the pool was excellent as well)

Great FL Getaway!

1807 was a great house for our group of 11! There was room for everyone to have their own space and activities for all. We especially loved the access to the ClubHouse and all of the amenities. We would definitely rent this house again.

Great Stay

Stayed for 10 days. Kids (and adults) loved that there were two living spaces...one for them and one for us. Pool was very good size, less than 5 minute walk from clubhouse that had superb amenities.
