We stayed here for 2 weeks in March 2026 and absolutely loved it! The pictures do not do it justice. We have stayed on Storey Lake before and like the close proximity to the Disney Parks. The area in Kissimmee is great with lots of restaurants available, close to 192 and very close 3 big supermarkets, Target, Publix and Walmart. The villa offers plenty of parking and is very close to the exit gate. With no neighbours at the back of the property so you are not overlooked when by the pool and you can admire the beautiful greenery. We had sunlight on the pool all day, but mostly after lunch which was great as we did mornings in the park, villa pool in the afternoon. Plenty of outdoor seating, with a big dining space to enjoy food with family outdoors. The property was clean and modern, offering lots of themed bedrooms. We particularly liked the separate upstairs seating area. Our kids loved the Cars room and games/cinema room! Excellent service from Calvin the owner who responded instantly whenever we had a question. Overall, we all loved this villa and would highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect family vacation home! We will be back!

Simply perfect

From booking to check out, the owner and house did not disappoint. The house is pure perfection and fit our cheer team amazingly. The house is clean, upgraded, beds are super comfortable and comes with meticulous notes for the house in their book. Some basic supplies were given, which is always a plus. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future! Close to stores when you happen to need something.

Beautiful home with themes bedrooms

We were in town for a somber occasion, so we wanted a place where family could gather and hang out and where children could have a good time. This home was perfect with the lovely themed rooms that the kids enjoyed, the heated pool, and plenty of room for family and friends to gather together.

Fabulous villa and first class host.

Loved the Villa and Host Cal was amazing!

Beautifully appointed property, no road or neighbors in rear rare find! Host, Cal, was amazing. Washing machine wasnt working he let us know on arrival and had it repaired promptly. We left a very valuable item behind and he made necessary arrangements to retrieve and get it back in our possession very quickly. We can not say enough good about him. Loved our 8 day sibling reunion highly recommend this vrbo to anyone who has high expectations.

Perfect for our group

This rental is clean and comfortable. There was ample space for our group! We traveled with 6 children and they were delighted to stay in the themed bedrooms, swim in the pool every evening, and watch movies in the theater room. The beds are all comfortable and the kitchen well equipped.

Amazing House

The pictures don't do the house justice. This house is beautiful and huge. Spacious enough for everyone to spread out. Lots of thought went into details. Traveled for spring break with 2 families, kids ranging ages 8 to 15. They loved the pool/hot tub and movie room. We didn't have young kids, but the house was well equipped for babies/toddlers. Everything was clean and new. We used both community pools with water slides amd lazy river. The bigger one got crowded in the afternoon, we tried the smaller one a few days later and it was great. Kids loved the basketball court. Food, drinks, ice cream available to purchase. Lots to do/see/shop in the area. We've stayed at several VRBO before, this is by far the best, and would highly recommend.

Great time in Kissimmee!

I have rented a lot of VRBO properties, including houses this size. This one is by far the best I've ever rented. While all the large houses in Kissimmee have amenities and many have themed rooms, what sets this property apart is the cleanliness level and attention to detail in everything that is done. The house looked and smelled new and clean, with no stains or cobwebs or anything of the sort to be found. All of the necessary information was provided way ahead of time and the owner was proactive in reaching out to make sure we had everything we needed rather than waiting on a problem to arise. The themes of the rooms were thoroughly enjoyed by all and, even though they weren't with me on this trip, I found myself wanting rent this house again just so my kids could experience it with me. The game room is as advertised for sure!

Stay if you can!

Where to start? The communication with the owner, from start to finish, was impeccable. Cal kept in constant communication throughout the entire process and was always quick with a response. We used this home for our 4 year old son's first trip to Disney and we were not disappointed! Close proximity to the Disney property with the benefits of having your own private space. The photos of the home are great, but walking through the doors the home was even more spectacular in person. The kitchen opening up to the dining area and looking out over the pool was so inviting. We noticed all the little details that really made this home special and our stay enjoyable. The themed bedrooms were out of this world and were decorated, again, down to every little detail. The media room and private pool and spa were added bonuses! The home, from top to bottom, was clean and comfortable. If you're looking to be confident in a choice of home, look no further; this is a MUST STAY! Thank you, Cal!

Nice Large Home

Great stay, responsive manager, large well stocked house, pool and hot tub with safety fence. It even had pack n play, high chair and stroller for our 1 year old. It is as advertised and would definitely recommend. One thing we noticed is that our Verizon cell service was poor in the Storey Lake community, this is not a problem unique to this house, nor did it cause an issue as the wifi works great, just an FYI.
