Nice Townhouse

Our family enjoyed our stay in this townhome. The home was clean, comfortable, and stocked with the basic necessities for a relaxing trip. The beds were on the firmer side, so we ended up purchasing a mattress topper for added comfort.The resort is a well-maintained, gated community with a peaceful atmosphere. The clubhouses and pools are nice, though they do have strict rules—no outside food or drinks, and bags are thoroughly checked. Outside floats and even beach balls aren’t allowed, so it’s worth planning ahead. The putt-putt course comes at an additional cost, but the sand volleyball court was a fun bonus.Overall, a good spot for a family getaway with just a few things to be aware of in advance.

Storey Lake

The property was great. Everything was clean. The owners were very quick to help with a couple of questions that we had. This was our sixth stay in Storey Lake and this property was the best experience yet. Definitely recommend this property!

Best stay in Kissimmee!!

The property was clean and well kept. The sunsets were picturesque and the home was more beautiful than described. It was a perfect vacation as there was a little something for everyone in our large party. Our guests, my parents, were able to visit with no issues registering at the front gate. I was so pleased they were treated with kindness and courtesy as my guests. My daughter left her bear behind and Booming Vacations went above and beyond to ensure they were reunited! Highly recommend this company and any vacation property they offer!

Nice property

Pros... *Location to the pool area. It's a quick 5-7 min. walk to the pool area. *Pool area... Very nice pool, lazy river, slides, and snack area. *Parking... We had two vehicles and ALWAYS had a place to park right in front of our door. *Trash pick-up... There was a plastic box on the porch, and someone came around and picked up our trash daily. Thanks! *Size of condo... Our party was 5 adults and 1 teen. We had tons of space for all of us. *The whole RESORT area.. Was very nice and well taken care of. * We had the pool at the condo heated, it was nice temp. * Yes, we would stay there again. Cons... * I would add a few more kitchen items. Maybe a couple pizza pans, pizza cutter, and baking sheets.

Lots of space for the family

I stayed with my family of six for the week. The house had plenty of room for all of us and met our needs. The pool was nice for a quick dip in the evenings. Communication was very responsive with the owners up to our stay and we didn’t need anything during our stay. I would recommend this house and the location.

Wonderful stay!

Clean, spacious, well appointed, and great location made this rental a great option for my family during our sports travel to the Orlando area. The property pool and lazy river were great for the kids, and the rental’s pool provided a much needed reprieve after our busy days. Beds and furniture were comfortable, and the unit was just as pictured. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable stay

Pros: •5 minute walk to the Clubhouse •Well appointed kitchen, even a baking dish and cookie trays •Clean •the (additional charge) pool heat was great, I don't think we would have used the pool otherwise •lots of space for our family of 6 and nice decor •great water pressure in showers and we never ran out of hot water Cons: •house was a little worn out (wobbly stool and lamp, stain on carpet) •a small con is that there was only one pool lounge chair but the listing showed two We enjoyed our 2 weeks, it felt like home.

Simple and Convenient

This property looked like the pictures and was extremely convenient to highways and stores. The community water park was an added bonus. We genuinely enjoyed our stay - oh and the bed was beyond comfortable. My only suggestion would be to provide more kitchen stuff, life drying towels.

Great Place to Stay

The property was very clean and ready for our arrival. The location is perfect. Easy access to find from the gates and a close walk via the paths to the large pool, slide and lazy river. The private pool is perfect at the townhome for a quick swim in the evening before bed!

Fabulous time

There was 7 of us and 2 additional grandchildren came to stay for part of the trip. Home had plenty of room. Kitchen was full of the necessities to feed a large group. Kids loved the pool out back and the community pool was an added bonus. Saw lots of different birds in the lake out back. It rained majority of our trip but we still had a good time. Communication with owner was good. Close to area attractions and local activities. Only draw backs were our cell phones didn't work in the house for calls (AT&T) and wifi went out a lot, I believe it was because of all the rain. Not having a grill or a way to rent one was disappointing but we managed. Overall a good place to stay and worth the price.

Clean well maintained property in great location for Orlando Activities

The property was well maintained and very clean. Comes with a personal pool and a cool resort pool area with a lazy river, outdoor dining/bar area, and mini golf. The pool area was very busy and hard to find chairs so make sure you go early if you'd like a half day or more there. The gate area at night fills up with cars so be aware that the cars are checking in and to go around to the right-side gate. The property Manager Rosely was very responsive and a pleasure to do business with. Great vacation. I recommend this as an alternative to staying with expensive theme park resorts.

Family Getaway

This property is in a great location within Storey Lake. It is on the water and just a short walk to the community resort pool. Our family decided to make a quick get-away on short notice and Rosely was able to accommodate our needs and was great at getting us checked in efficiently. Quick trips to Publix allowed us to eat-in every night and the splash pool made for a relaxing place for coffee each morning and cocktails each night.
