The Space:
Welcome to your home away from home in Regal Palms Resort & Spa – an elegant four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome with high-speed internet that comfortably sleeps 10.

SLEEPING: two spacious bedrooms each with a king-size bed, a cozy bedroom with a queen bed, and a fourth bedroom with a full-size bunk bed – plenty of room for everyone. Three full bathrooms and a convenient half bath downstairs.
LIVING: a comfortable living area, a dining space for meals together and a fully equipped kitchen. We provide a welcome kit with basic home essentials to kick off your stay (replacing its items is the guest's responsibility).
RESORT: Regal Palms is famous for its water park – lazy river, water slides, pools and a hot tub – plus a clubhouse with fitness center, business center, arcade, spa, volleyball court and an on-site restaurant and bar. Resort access wristbands and parking passes are issued at the front desk when you check in (resort fee applies, see notes).

LOCATION: Walt Disney World is a short drive away, with the shops, restaurants and supermarkets of US-192 and Highway 27 just minutes from the resort.

Guest Access:
The whole townhome is yours – all four bedrooms, kitchen, living area, laundry and the patio.

Registered guests get full access to the Regal Palms Resort amenities: water park with lazy river and slides, heated pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, arcade, spa, volleyball court and the on-site restaurant and bar.

Regal Palms Resort collects a $20 + tax per-night amenity fee at the clubhouse front desk on arrival (one fee for the whole party). It covers your amenity wristbands, resort gate pass and overnight parking passes (up to 3 vehicles).

The Neighborhood:
Regal Palms Resort & Spa is a guard-gated, family-friendly resort community in Davenport, just off US-27 and minutes from the Disney area.

The townhome sits at the quiet west end of the resort, away from the clubhouse traffic and noise – families with little ones love it. The water park, lazy river, pools and restaurant are a 4-minute drive or a 15-minute stroll, with free parking at the clubhouse.

Just outside the gate you'll find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and shopping along US-27 and US-192. Walt Disney World is about 20 minutes away, with Universal, SeaWorld and the Premium Outlets an easy drive.

Getting Around:
A car is the easiest way to explore, and parking is right at the townhome (overnight parking passes for up to 3 vehicles are issued at check-in). Orlando International Airport (MCO) is roughly 40 minutes by car; US-192 and I-4 whisk you to Walt Disney World in about 20 minutes and to Universal Studios in about 35. Prefer not to drive? Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area.

Other Things to Note:
CHECK-IN: Stop at the resort front desk first to pay the amenity fee and pick up your wristbands, gate pass and parking passes, then head to the townhome. The resort asks for the first and last names of all guests 24 hours before arrival so everything is ready when you get there.

HOUSE RULES: Primary guest must be 21+ with matching ID. No parties, no smoking indoors, no pets. USPS does not deliver to the resort; UPS and FedEx do.

WHAT'S INCLUDED: Fresh linens, bath towels, hand towels and bath rugs, hair dryer, washer and dryer, and a starter kit of soap, paper goods, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry pods. After the starter kit, guests restock as needed. Pack 'n Play and high chair available on request before check-in.
