Bahama Bay is a peaceful lakeside resort in Davenport, Florida, on the shores of Lake Davenport. Spend your days at Orlando's biggest theme parks, shops and restaurants, then come back to the calm of the lake. Restaurants and gas stations are 3 minutes away, with CVS, Walmart and Publix all within an 8-minute drive.



Getting Around:

A car is highly recommended to explore the Orlando area and make the most of your stay. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 48 minutes away.

Free outdoor parking for all guests. Motorcycles are permitted.



🚫 Not permitted on the property: trailers of any kind, RVs/motorhomes, jet skis, and commercial or logo-marked vehicles (unless actively providing a service or making a delivery).

• Damage Waiver: a small, one-time, non-refundable fee that covers minor accidental damage during your stay — so you can relax without worrying about small mishaps.

• Security Deposit: a refundable deposit, returned in full after check-out as long as there's no damage. Refunds usually take 2–14 days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

📭 No USPS Deliveries — USPS leaves mail and packages in the mailbox, which we don't have access to. Other carriers (UPS, FedEx, Amazon) deliver to the door and are fine.
