The house was a good size and fairly close to Disney. Unfortunately the house was very dirty. Many of the beds had sheets that had not been changed and had hair and debris in them. The countertop was sticky. The floors were dirty. There was also a toothbrush holder in the master bath that was full of some sort of liquid. We contacted the owners to let them know. They replied a few hours later and offered to have someone come out and clean the next day. By this time we were already washing the sheets and had bought a broom and cleaning supplies. Obviously we did not want to spend the night in a dirty house. I did not ask for a discount, but we were also not offered one. Other notes: Driveway really only holds one vehicle. you could probably get two end to end, but the bush next to the driveway would prevent you from opening the door on the driver side. The ancillary parking for the neighborhood is very close, so that helped. The master bathroom has a big window over the shower with no blinds. Pretty sure our neighbors could see us in the bathroom showering.
