Overall, the house was great and perfectly designed Communication-quick; Problem solving-excellent; Checkin-easy;Game room was cool (controllers for Xbox didn’t work, so couldn’t play that)Opportunities for improvement - No pool/beach towels (with a pool, we had no choice but to shower, wash towels, use towels for pool and wash towels again)- Cleanliness - the property was directionally clean but there was a lot of dirt and hair in corners and in the shower. Not worth having someone to come clean again, bc they would likely just push dirt, dust and hair into the corners again. Also, the remote dropped into the couch so we moved the couch to see if it dropped to the floor looked like they never cleaned. To me this is their cleaners’ fault. Not something they would catch doing a walk through. But the carpet in the living room actually had dirt and sticks and such all over it like they didn’t bother vacuuming. Why do I care? I have a crawler and a toddler so cleanliness matters. (I brought my own mat to go over the surface they wanted to play on.)Kitchen - lots of utensils not enough actual cooking apparatuses and pots/pans. Made it hard to cook for a large group. Had to have friends staying in the same neighborhood bring a large pot over. I had to cook simple things like eggs in batches bc so few pans No large mixing bowl. No pot holders. Only 1 kitchen towel. So, if your group is cooking, plan accordingly. Utility is keyAll in all, it was a good stay and great house
