🪪 Gated community with a security guard at the entrance — all drivers must be registered before check-in.

🚘 Overflow parking is not permitted.

🚫 Not allowed: boats, trailers, RVs, campers or commercial vehicles.

📷 Cameras & Noise Monitoring

📷 Exterior cameras cover the front doorbell, driveway and side of the house — outdoor only. There are no cameras inside the home.

🔇 An indoor noise sensor helps respect community quiet hours — no audio is recorded.
