Horrible host. Communication wasn’t up to par. Home was dirty. Bed comforter had staijs found roaches within the home. Could only catch a photo of one that my husband killed, also have photos of dirty bed comforter and whatever was on the floor dirty. She tried to put blame on my husband and I stating we damaged her garage door which was very false as there were very clear black paint stains on the area of dent and we have a silver Volvo rental that was returned in mint condition as we had received it with no damages of any sort on the car. Super offended and not honest. She had cameras above garage but would not show the footage to prove her claim. I will never book with her again. Horrible service all around.
