Home was exactly as pictured. Updated kitchen and decor. Rooms were big and very nice. Good location to pool and other amenities.

Great stay

Home was exceptionally clean and well-tended. I travelled solo with 2 visitors during my stay, but there is easily room for a whole family here. The location of the home is very close to the resort amenities-pool, lazy river, restaurant etc. Nice modern appliances, plenty of TVs for people who watch TV, just loads of room. Local contact was responsive before and during the stay, although I had no problems only a few questions. Overall a great place!

We stayed here for 9 days. The house was not super clean. They wanted “no shoes” throughout the house and the bottoms our feet were black within a few steps. The carpet was stained and not very clean. Some of things they said would be at the house were not there and we had to go buy (bring your own hair dryer!) There was not any basic necessities for a stay. The resort access was great though, very family-friendly. Easy to get around

Although the property looks beautiful in the listing photos, our actual experience was very disappointing due to the overall cleanliness and condition of the home.The first thing we noticed upon arrival was a strong, musty odor throughout the house. It smelled like an old, abandoned home that had been closed up for a long time. Unfortunately, the cleanliness issues only became more apparent as we settled in.We booked this property for a large family, yet the home was stocked with only half a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, half a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and only three garbage bags for an eight-day stay with a family of ten. The bathrooms did have hand soap, but it was a very inexpensive soap that barely lathered. As a result, we had to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, and even additional towels during our stay.The towels provided were heavily worn, stained, and had an unpleasant odor. The kitchen was also not properly cleaned. Many of the dishes, cups, and plates were dirty and had to be washed before we could use them. The cookware was inadequate for a large family, consisting of only two small frying pans and one small pot. The pots and pans had grease and food residue on them, and the kitchen knives were dull and rusty.The living room furniture was in very poor condition. The sofas were extremely dirty, and the upholstery was old and heavily worn. The decorative pillows had visible stain
