The house was as described. They were very responsive when contacted prior to the stay. If had one negative thing to say, The main bedroom bathroom toliet was not working. When called to have fixed, was informed they would be out the next day which never happened. There were plenty of bathrooms in the reisidence and this toilet not working was not an issue. (Issue was running toilet) I kept it off once I realized the problem.Having said that, I would rent with them again for sure and felt that their properties are in great shape as described. Things happen and you should always remain patient.

This Champions Gate home was nicely appointed and clean. The location is within a short walk to the Oasis club (big pool, hot tub, etc.). The neighborhood is very nice and well kept. I would consider staying here again. I will say that some of the details in the property listing were inaccurate (no hair dryer, luckily we packed one, no sign of actual cable TV, just Roku screens that you’d have to sign into for actual real channels even though there were tons of cable tv remotes in the house, and it doesn’t have a “golf view,” which wasn’t anything we wanted. The only negatives were the towels - really poor quality. We ended up opening all the packs in every bedroom to find the least worn ones. The home is also clearly exclusively a rental. There’s not even a salt and pepper shaker - it’s barren if you want to cook. There are plenty of things in the kitchen, but zero food staples. And, you can see some of the rental wear and tear, but it’s fine. A few cabinet doors are loose, etc.
