The house was fine. Definitely has some wear and tear but clean, except for the grout in the showers had some mildew. We did have 1 roach but being from Florida that didn’t bother us.The living room and one bedroom remote for the TVdid not work. I sent a message via contact host, didn’t get a response until the following day.The QR code that was sent to for one of my guest was expired, luckily they were able to use the code that was issued in my name. The response time to emails from Key Vacation Rentals and when using contact host via VRBO was subpar. Prior to our trip it took me sending 3 emails to get a response about having the heat for the pool on during our stay.Overall just average. Nothing above and beyond.

The House is very nice a lot of the appliances and fire alarms for pretty old. They fence on the pool was broken I let them know and they came to fix it. The code that I was given to get in at the gate quit working on my second day so I tried calling they did not answer me but sent an email that I didn't know so it took me about 20 minutes to realize that I got an email. When I went to leave I had to look for my grandchildren's cell phones so we looked under the mattresses and the couch and under one of the mattresses was a condom and under the couch was a bunch of trash I did leave a message with the hose to let them know that they might want to talk to their cleaning company but no one got back with me ever since I've vote this place I've had a hard time getting in contact with the host. Also the broom was broken so I was not able to sweep the floors I had to vacuum them everyday. The bed with frozen doesn't have enough boards underneath of it so you sink in the middle not really good for adults.

Everything was perfect. I only gave 4 stars because the tv upstairs in our bedroom remote did not work and trash was left in bin outside from previous guests so they didnt pick up our trash for the 1st 2 days. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay,

Not a very good experience

Ok first and for most on day number 2 our car got towed by such a horrible towing company New Generation Towing And Recovery which we had to pay 125 dollars just to get our car back out! Just to note as well they will treat you as a criminal pretty much when you go to get your car back because you have to go through a gate and the gate has to shut behind you and locked in order for you to get your car back! The doors, windows and atm they have on site all have bars and locks on them! Once we got our car out they watched us look at our car while we was trying to make sure that our tires and car was ok from being towed, they will watch you and then tell you in a smirky way to enjoy your vacation as if enough hadn’t already been done! The towing company needs to be shut down! The security guards at the gate will make it seem like they know nothing about where your car has gone too when you go and ask they want to tell you that they don’t know how the towing company got in which is the biggest lie because its a gated community and every car has to be scanned in or let in! The guard told us that we could only have 2 cars in the driveway and the rental company told us that we could have 4 cars in the drive way! The rental company doesn’t message or call back when you have a problem right away! The TV downstairs didn’t work and the Internet up stairs didn’t work the whole stay! Hot water kept having problems with the pilot light!

Nice House/Area

We were wowed with the pictures online before booking and really enjoyed this house. We spent a week at the house with 6 adults and two kids. The best part was the bathrooms for each bedroom! And the grandkids rotated between the 2 rooms with the bunk beds. The only complaint we had was on the internet. During our stay, we had a couple 'rest' nights from the parks and the movies cut out. We learned there was some work being done in the area on one day, but it seemed that the router was acting sketchy on other days too. The pool was fantastic and everything worked (coffee maker, fridge, oven) in the house--and the AC was great since it was HOT the week we were there. For families, I would encourage staying at this house, and the management contacts were very quick to respond which also brings peace of mind to your trip.

Overall place was nice. Would accommodate a large party with its 6 bedrooms. Nice large family room. The sectional sofa was the only. Decor was unique and made it fun. The big old dining room table boat would be fantastic for a crowd. Inside was clean enough, we did find one bug so we kept all the food in the fridge. Didn't see anymore and we looked at night, opened cabinets and stuff. The grass behind the pool cage was kinda tall. My biggest issue was that the pool and hot tub were supposed to be heated. I paid extra for pool heat and a grill. If it was heated you couldn't tell it. The temp was only around 78 and the spa was colder than that. I asked for a refund on that part and was ghosted. Also when I arrived I had trouble finding the door access code. I sent a quick email asking for it and the reply was vague saying they had already sent it to me. Well when you're hot and tired from travel, can't find your glasses and have 10 emails to sift through to find it, it was not the reply I would have preferred, (I should have had it ready though.) There is a speed bump near the house and the primary bedroom in the front of the house can hear every time a vehicle goes over it. Sounds like it just echoes all night, Overall, nice place, just don't expect actual heat in the spa, don't sleep in the front bedroom without the tv on our a loud fan (there was one in the closet but someone else claimed it first) , watch out for critters, and have your code ready before you get there.

The home was exactly what we wanted. Had a little problem with a visitor and their parking in the driveway. The resort security never gave us the paper about the parking til after the problem. The car was towed away....within minutes of them parking...which was costly. Aparking.

Great and spacious

Great place for a large group or family. We were very happy with property and area. I would suggest more TV's due to some of the rooms not having any. Also we did encounter a few roaches but nothing excessive but I would suggest a pest control visit.

Great Family Spot

This was a fantastic property. It was clean, spacious, and on a good location. There were several rooms that were decorated in themes, and each room had its own bathroom. It had a great outside lanai pool in area to barbecue. We did not use these amenities, but they were nice. The only reason that I did not give a five star for overall experience is because of the thermostat. It had gotten cold in Florida the weekend that we were there and we could not figure out how to turn on any heat in the house so it was freezing other than that our stay was Fantastic.

The hot water heater went out two different times in four days making showers impossible. Fixed it quickly the first time, the 2nd time, we were told sorry for the inconvenience. Hot tub never heated up, pool did.
